Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the JCU International Excellence Scholarship, applicants must:

1. International Student Status: Be an international student starting at JCU for the first time.
2. Full-time Enrollment: Commence full-time study in an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate coursework program.
3. Excluded Programs: Not be enrolling in Diplomas, End-on Honours degrees, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, or any online or non-award programs.
4. Academic Achievement:

• For Undergraduate students: An ATAR of 65 (or equivalent).
• For Postgraduate students: A minimum of 65% where 50% is considered a pass in the relevant qualification.

Application Process

There’s no separate application required for this scholarship. JCU will automatically assess eligibility during the admissions process, and qualifying students will receive the scholarship offer along with their program acceptance.
